This listing is for an Adaptec AHA-2940UW PCI expansion card.
This card adds support for SCSI (internal only) and Ultra Wide SCSI (internal and external) devices in compatible PCs. A ribbon cable with regular and Ultra Wide connections is included.
There is a small dent on the top edge of the external Ultra Wide connector on the rear of the card, but this does not impact connecting or disconnecting of devices.
I inherited this card when I purchased a circa-1998 Gateway 2000 desktop and only used it long enough to confirm that it was still booting, but due to its age, it's safe to assume that it was in active use for much longer than that.
