This listing is for the Ensoniq AudioPCI sound card with the ES1370 sound chip. The model number for this card may be either 4001036901 or E1016129.
The card was pulled working from a 1998 Gateway 2000 G6-266 computer and was a common low-cost card for the time; my family's PC had one as well. It features wavetable support and stable drivers for both Windows 9x and DOS.
I only used it briefly in one of my builds, but given its age, it's safe to assume that it was in use for much longer than that.
