How Does it Work?
- 1. Submit your component info and get an offer - if the offer is up to snuff, you accept it and we issue you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day.
- 2. Package your component in a suitable box and drop it off at UPS or USPS (label can vary depending on your location).
- 3. Once we receive your component, we'll test it to make sure it works. If it passes then we issue your payout within 1 week of receipt!
When and how will I get paid?
We issue your payout within 1 week of receiving and testing your component. Payouts are issued via PayPal to the username or email you provided in the offer submission.
What if my component fails testing?
If your component fails testing, we will let you know via email how it failed and how to return your item or offer to recycle it. If the packaging your component was shipped in is damaged, we will ship using a new box and packing material.
Do you do bulk purchases of components?
Yes, we do!
- For offers of 10 identical model components or less, please use the normal offer process but specify the quantity - the offer you receive is always per component.
- For offers of more than 10 components, please email us at gpusales@jawa.gg so we can coordinate on the best way to safely ship your bulk sale.
