This listing is for the Creative Sound Blaster Live! PCI sound card with the matching Sound Blaster Live! Drive IR front panel console. The components have part numbers CT4830 and SB0010, respectively.

The front panel console connects to the sound card with a long ribbon cable, which is included. The front panel console requires a mini molex power connection. An adapter to convert the large molex connector to the mini one is also included.

I only used it briefly in one of my builds, but given its age, it's safe to assume that it was in use for much longer than that.
