Listed as scratch and dent as the PC came from a heavy smoker's environment. I have cleaned out the PC, but it still has some scent. If you are sensitive to smoke, I would not buy this PC. This PC is a freshly refurbished office PC that needs nothing but a new home. It runs great with no problems or issues. It would be perfect for light gaming, schoolwork, or just running multiple displays. It does have some minor upgrade options such as an open M.2 port and support for up to 32GB of cheap DDR3 RAM.
