great entry level gaming pc that will handle any games you throw at it in 1080p Specs: gpu: msi gtx 1070 8gb cpu:i5 9400f mobo: asus prime h310m ram: 16gb hyperx fury at 2666mhz psu:msi 650w 80+ bronze semi modular (comes with all additional cords not used in this build) Storage: 520gb team group m.2 ssd case: zalman t3 microatx has an included pcie wifi/Bluetooth card that worked well in testing, had no ping instability and it used my internets full download speed unlike my b550 mobos builtin m.2 card for my personal build lol
Cpu never raised above 65c and gpu 70c under hours long stresstesting (furmark+cinebench and occt,) posted timewalk and cinebench r23 score, tested all the games I personally play (and a few extra ones like fortnite,)
on cs2 I fluctuated around 160/180fps sometimes reaching higher on high preset no upscaling on rust I managed around 110fps no upscaling on fortnite with quality fidelityfx I averaged around 150fps on black ops 6, which I expected to be hard to run, I managed to average right at 100fps with fsr 3 set to performance and low settings, which felt smooth with no stuttering after shaders precached
this computer would make a great first time pc for 1080p gaming, providing more than compable performance without breaking the bank. there is an upgrade path to a 9700k/9900k + more ram to make this a contender with modern builds for triple A games
