1. Warranty Period: DoubleGs Builds warrants its pre-built and custom PCs for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It includes repair or replacement of faulty parts, excluding damage caused by:
   • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
   • Accidents, power surges, or external factors
   • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
   • Normal wear and tear
3. Warranty Claim Process:
   • Contact Us: Notify DoubleGs Builds within the warranty period via phone (409) 205-8923 or email [email protected] with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
   • Diagnosis: We'll work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If the problem is covered under warranty, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Return/ Repair: You can either ship the defective part(s) to us at our expense or bring the PC to the location where it was purchased for in-person repair or replacement. We'll repair or replace the part(s) and return it to you within 3-5 business days.
4. Warranty Limitations:
   • Voided Warranty: Any unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications will void this warranty.
   • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for used or opened products, except in cases where the product is deemed defective and cannot be repaired.
   • Shipping Damage: DoubleGs Builds is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. Please inspect your product carefully upon arrival and report any damage to us immediately.
5. Texas Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes or claims will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

Return Policy:

• 10-Day Return Window: You can return your PC within 10 days of purchase for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Return Conditions: The PC must be returned in its exact original packaging and contents, in perfect condition, with no damage or signs of wear.
• Return Options: You can either ship the product back to us or bring it to the location where it was purchased.
