RAM: OLOy DDR4 3200 MHz 16GB [2x8GB] (Around $45 for these specs... before shortage) We are currently undergoing a RAM shortage- every kit has doubled in price! I purchased this before the shortage though, so this is a great deal in today's market.

SSD: Patriot P400 Lite 1TB ($59) 1 terabyte is the default, but that's becoming less and less viable due to the shortage.

Power Supply: Apevia Prestige 600W PSU ($52) 80+ Gold rated, trusted by community. Fits required wattage as per pcpartpicker

Case Fans: Darkrock 120mm ARGB Infinity Mirror Fans [3x, Black] ($15) Nice looking cheap fans that have RGB so that it can truly be a green build.

Cable extensions: Formulamod Sleeve Extension Power Supply Cable Kit 18AWG [Green] ($20) Cable extensions are a great way to increase your aesthetic points other than more RGB

RGB Controller: [Unnamed] Generic Mini ARGB Controller, 3 pin ($7)

WiFi Card: Cudy New AX3000 Wireless WiFi 6 PCIe Card ($25) Was rated as best value wifi card.
