- Conditions for Refund: Provider may refund if: Computer exhibits covered issues within 7 days. Issues aren't due to misuse, accidents, modifications, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Customer notifies Provider within warranty period.
- Limitation of Liability: Provider's liability limited to refunding purchase price. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to computer use or inability.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: In the unlikely event that your computer arrives non-functional (DOA), we will assist you in diagnosing the issue over a phone or video call. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide a full refund upon return of the system. Please contact our support team immediately if you experience any issues.
