- Shipping damage (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
- Incorrect configuration (if the specs differ from what's listed)
- What’s Not Covered:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, user-modified parts)
- Software issues (e.g., viruses, settings misconfiguration)
- Buyer’s remorse or performance dissatisfaction unrelated to hardware failure
- Process:
- If there's a qualifying issue, message me through Jawa and I’ll work with you to troubleshoot. If needed, I’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund — whichever is most reasonable and fair.
