Case is missing rear expansion slot cover, motherboard IO shield, and USB C port on the case is functional, but not plugged in (no port on motherboard). This PC does run GREAT though! It has no problem gaming, the NZXT fans and motherboard RGB are BEAUTIFUL.

6 Month Parts Warranty Coverage: All personal computers (PCs) purchased from PCs by Pepper are covered by a 180-day parts warranty. This warranty ensures the replacement of any part that fails within the first 180 days from the date of purchase, with the same or a similar part supplied free of charge.

Coverage Period: The warranty covers parts for 180 days from the date of purchase.

Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers the replacement of any part that fails due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear during the coverage period.

Replacement Process:

Customers must contact via Jawa messaging to initiate a warranty claim. PCs by Pepper reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the failed part before approving a replacement.

Parts Replacement:

Replacements will be made with the same or a functionally equivalent part. The replaced part will be supplied free of charge, but installation and setup of the replacement part are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation. It does not cover software-related issues, data loss, or consequential damages.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for the installation and setup of replacement parts. PCs by Pepper may provide guidance or support for installation, but labor costs or damages related to installation are not covered under this warranty.

Voiding of Warranty:

The warranty may be void if the PC has been tampered with or modified by unauthorized personnel. Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized service providers may also void the warranty.
