It's a new case, new psu, open box ssd, new cooler, new wifi card, used mobo,cpu, gpu and ram No rgb just went sleek black with only light the green on the graphics cards Was my old daily driver graphics card til I upgraded(has ptm 7950 from honeywell on the core) Very capable 1080p pc and rather compact m-atx case. This graphics card was still very capable graphics card keeping up with or beating the rtx 3060 depending on the game, If I didn't upgrade I'd still use it. Can set up any OS the buyer wants and send flash drive, currently has win 10 ltsc like most my systems I test(still Gets security updates for couple years)
