• It was never used for mining
• Never overclocked
• The case it was in was cleaned frequently
• I only mainly play CPU intensive and generally not-so-intesive games, so it's temperature probably did not frequently fluctuate to higher temps.

It comes in the original box with its original foam, sag bracket, back up bracket protectors, plastic bag protectors, and MSI media packet (including all the papers that came in it).
