This B460M motherboard is being sold AS-IS and has issues.
The CPU socket had a bent pin which would cause the PC to boot-loop and prevent turning on. I fixed the pin and can get the PC to boot now, but only the first two memory slots work.
If you're willing to try and tackle the problem and fix it, this is the board for you.
