Idea with this would be that you could use this motherboard with an open air frame case and power button from Amazon, drop in one of the supported Ryzen CPUs ($10-$50) listed below, add an NVMe SSD, low power, budget GPU, and then a compatible HP PSU ($15-35) to get this board up and running.
The 2 pins furthest right are for the power button, the other 2 pins to the left are for power led. I've also tested the motherboards with a PSU from an HP EliteDesk and it works without issue. As long as the power supply uses dual 4 pins to the motherboard and not a 4 pin + 6 pin, the PSU should work.
The HP Pavilion 590-P series, specifically models like the 590-P0109, 590-P0201a, and 590-P0207A, are known to use the Sunflower motherboard if you are looking to replace the board on any of those specific models.
