Condition - PC is used but in good condition. Some light scuffs on the case but all cosmetic. I have the box the case originally came in, but no additional accessories or boxes are included.

Performance - Tested the demanding Cyberpunk 2077 at Ultrawide 1080p (2560*1080) at Med settings and got an average of ~75 fps. Also tested a newer demanding title, Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2, at ultrawide 1080p, medium and was able to get 50-65 fps. Space Marine 2 is a very demanding game so any eSports titles or older titles will run extremely well.
