- Phyzx PC’s LLC offers a 12-month limited warranty on parts and labor for hardware-related issues and defects from the original software or operating system installation. If a component fails, we will handle the RMA process with the manufacturer. Phyzx PC’s LLC will cover shipping the defective part to our HQ, all labor involved in diagnosis and replacement, and the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced unit back to the customer.
- This warranty does NOT cover damage due to misuse, accidents, electrical issues, or any hardware/software modifications performed by the customer after delivery. Third-party repairs, overclocking, or installation of unsupported components will also void the warranty.
