This is an amazingly performative 3070 and 11700KF Beast of a PC.

Its built in an Antec NX410 Mid-Tower ATX Case. It looks super clean and isn't huge on top of a desk or shelf but is filled with all the performance you will need. It has plenty of options for expansion and use with (3) full size 2080 M.2 ports and plenty of SATA ports for even more storage. It comes equipped with (2) 512Gb NVME SSDs and (1) 1Tb HDD. With (8) USB-A ports (most are gen 3 or gen 3.2) and (1) USB-C port you will be able to plug in all your peripherals and extras with out any issue and the USB-C port is great if you want a hub on your desk and the PC mounted further from where you sit. This PC has everything you need!

Some components like the PC case and SSDs are brand new and purchased just for this custom build.

Some components are from my PCs that have been upgraded or from family members have given me parts after I have helped them build their new dream PCs. None of these parts that are used come from 3rd party locations, they only come from PCs I have built and/or managed their health. The oldest parts have about 2 years of light usage and some have just a few months of usage (all parts come from adult owned and used PCs).

I stress tested this system for a couple days making sure thermals were properly in check on the CPU and GPU. This thing will absolutely just simply perform the way you would expect it to when you plug it in and get to running it at its max. With 8 hour CPU and GPU stress tests and a custom GPU voltage curve I'm confident this Beast will take everything you can throw at it without any hesitation. All case fans, CPU cooler fans, and GPU fans have had a custom fan curve applied to ensure everything stays cool while not sounding like a jet engine in the middle of watching YouTube.

All the latest BIOS and Drivers (CPU, GPU, Wi-fi, & Bluetooth) have been downloaded and applied before all the testing to ensure they work flawlessly.

UPS Ground shipping is roughly $100 for a package that is as big and heavy as the package will be. I have the original PC case box inside another box that has strips of temporary flooring and foam separating the two boxes to make sure the pc isn't damaged inside the interior box.
