**This system is a customer return due to shipping damage. The glass panel shattered en-route. The PC is now 99.7% glass free, but does not include a side panel. Additionally, the case has a noticeable dent.** This PC has just been built from a mix of new and used parts. It is fully tested to work as intended and runs smoothly without issues.

Parts Replacement:

Replacements will be made with the same or a functionally equivalent part.
The replaced part will be supplied free of charge, but installation and setup of the replacement part are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
It does not cover software-related issues, data loss, or consequential damages.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for the installation and setup of replacement parts.
PCs by Pepper may provide guidance or support for installation, but labor costs or damages related to installation are not covered under this warranty.

Voiding of Warranty:

The warranty may be void if the PC has been tampered with or modified by unauthorized personnel.
Any repairs or alterations made by unauthorized service providers may also void the warranty.
