My systems are built with selling in mind. All windows installations are new and fresh with nothing but the most up to date windows updates and required drivers. All my systems are thoroughly tested on Cinabench R23 (1 HR) and Heaven Bench (2 passes) and two passes through Userbechmark for good measure to ensure reliability and monitor temperatures.
