- For non DOA returns, we offer a 7-day return window from delivery date. Buyer must have all packaging materials that was used to initially ship the PC. I may not accept the return if you no longer have the proper packaging materials as the PC may be damaged in transit back to me.

- Please keep all packaging materials in case of a return!
