Motherboard powers on but does not display. Displays an error code 00 on startup, tried different CPUs and ram with no change. CPU Socket had multiple bent pins when I got it and I tried my best to straighten them back but maybe they aren't lined up still.

Lower Chipset heatsink is missing almost all of its screws and is being held in with only 2 screws.

Motherboard does not appear to have any cosmetic damage except for some scratches on the heatsinks.
