- **Period**: 30 days from purchase as specified in the invoice.
- **Conditions for Refund: Provider may refund if**: Computer exhibits covered issues within 30 days. Issues aren't due to misuse, accidents, modifications, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Customer notifies Provider within warranty period.
- **Warranty Exclusions**: Excludes software issues, external damage causes, consumable parts, and cosmetic damage.
- **Claim Process**: Customer contacts Boss Pcs, explains issue, Provides proof of the issue and Provider verifies coverage.
- **Limitation of Liability**: Provider's liability limited to refunding purchase price. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to computer use or inability.
- Buyer can return this item
- Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery
- Buyer must pay a restocking fee of 15%
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
