4th Generation Intel Budget build
Specs:
- CPU: i7-4790; 4 core 8 thread 3.6ghz base
- Motherboard: EVGA FTW Z97
- Ram: Corsair Vengeance LP 16g 1600mhz; Quad Channel
- GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1060 6gb
- Storage: 1TB Crucial SSD
- PSU: MSI A650GF ATX Gold
- Cooling: ID Cooling Auraflow X 240 AiO, 3X Corsair LL 120mm Fans
- Case: Corsair Glass Case
Decent Starter build with slight headroom for upgradability via the cpu and and gpu. The tech is a bit older, yet still formidable for popular modern games such as warzone, fortnite, valorant, CSGO, Apex Legends, etc. I do not have the I/O shield for the motherboard, however it functions normally as it should. If you are just starting out with PC gaming this is a good option for competitive FPS in 1080p. The 650w will allow you to upgrade the gpu if so desired. The 1060 6gb gpu works well for video rendering with gpu encoding. You also will be able to stream and game at the same time with OBS settings set to low and a strong enough internet connection.
