This controller has been with me for at least 2 years now. It's in good working condition despite the scratches or other signs of wear. I'm mainly used it to play PC games and sometimes on my Xbox. I've added Lizard Skin grip tape to the glossy D-Pad, shoulder buttons, and triggers to make things less loose. I barely used to the back programmable buttons and opted to play games without it. I checked and you can still remap buttons while the paddles don't try to come off. I've updated the firmware with the PowerA Gamer HQ App. I recommend downloading this app on your PC and/or Xbox if you want to stay up to date. Recently, everything works as there's surprisingly still no stick drift and every button works while still feeling satisfying to press. I'm not including the box and stickers it originally came with since I thrown that away a long time ago and even if I did, it won't fit with any of the boxes I've saved for packaging. I still kept the manual though along with the braided USB-C cable, face plates, extra thumbsticks, and that back cover if you're not using the back paddles. The anti-friction rings on the white matte face place are a little loose so I recommended the black rubberized one since the rings on it are still tight. Otherwise, everything is in working condition if you're looking for a wired pro controller at a reduced price. The reason why I'm selling this is because I bought a new controller with Hall Effect features and I've been mostly using that ever since while barely using the Fusion Pro. The latter still works as I've tested recently but it's mostly just there on display.
