Here is yet another budget contender! This is a spruced up Optiplex 3010. Like my other listings this will run esports and 2010s titles at 1080p. This tower does have some flexibility, you can upgrade the PSU with an off the shelf ATX one and slot in a 1650 or similarly sized GPUs. Specs for the tower are as follows:
