This was our "Broke Boi Build" that was used on a TikTok series that we did. It was built to show an affordable upgrade path and 2023 viability of the Haswell platform. The i7 4790 + 1070 is a great cost effective option that will let you get really solid 1080p performance across modern titles. This machine pulled an average 74 fps on Cyberpunk 2077 set to 1080p with medium settings across the board. An ARGB controller has been added to this system to sync up and control the front fans and the controller itself.
