I provide a guarantee for the work I have done as the system builder. This includes ensuring the correct and appropriate assembly of the system, such as proper installation, assembly, disclosure of proper parts, and effective cable management. I assure you that the system has been thoroughly tested and will be shipped in a known working condition.

As the shipper, I also guarantee safe packaging and delivery of the system. All shipments are insured for the computer's cost to protect both the buyer and myself in case of any damages during transit. Adequate shipping and packing materials will be used for all shipments.

I build my systems with selling in mind. Items labeled as "[new]" are unused before being installed in this specific system. I personally opened these items to build this system. All other items are purchased, refurbished, and rigorously tested. I test all components together to ensure reliability and monitor temperatures. A benchmark results sheet is included for your reference.

If a PC is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA), it can be returned within 48 hours if the issue cannot be resolved according to Jawa's return policy. DOAs may occur due to mishandling by the carrier, constant movement during shipping, or physical damage sustained during the normal shipping process. Before initiating a return, I will make efforts to assist in resolving the immediate issue.

Due to the customized nature of the systems I build and the infinite combinations of hardware, used and new parts, and software that you may choose to install, I cannot provide extended warranty periods like established companies do. My warranty period is limited to one week after the purchase.
