I built this small form factor pc last year and I have been recently looking to build a different one. I have 3 years of experience in pc building so you can expect a quality build.

You will be getting a clean and carefully packaged pc with every pc part seen in the photos along with the power chord and an extra tube of thermal paste. The computer will be wiped and have a fresh Windows 11 install. This pc was kept in a pet free/non smoker room.

For the best gpu performance I recommend watching a video on undervolting the gpu to cut the power usage and lower the temperature. While 70° is not the temp limit, I was happy to be able to get down to 60° through undervolting. If you tend to play more demanding games I would also recommend watching optimization guides for the graphics so that you're getting the most out of this powerhouse gpu. You can expect the card to put out 4k 60fps, 1440p 140fps, or 1080p 200fps.

The market has been unstable recently so I did my best to adjust the prices accordingly.
