Buyer Protection Policy (7 days)
- - Coverage Window: All hardware components include a strict 7-day warranty against manufacturer defects or wear and tear, starting exactly from the carrier-confirmed delivery timestamp.
- - What is Covered: This warranty strictly covers component failure under normal, stock operating conditions.
- - What is Excluded: This policy explicitly does not cover physical damage, liquid spills, software issues, malware, or user-induced errors.
- - Voided Warranty: Any unauthorized modifications, including but not limited to BIOS flashing, custom overclocking or altering RAM timings beyond the factory XMP/EXPO profile, opening the component housing, or breaking warranty seals will instantly void all coverage.
- - Post-Warranty Support: After day 7, all sales are 100% final. For new components or items still under factory retail warranty, the buyer must contact the manufacturer directly for support. I will provide original purchase receipts upon request, if available, to assist with manufacturer RMAs.
