What's wrong with it?

• I originally bought this motherboard working, when it arrived, it was extremely dirty and showed signs of heavy rust (likely from a smokers home) but, nonetheless, it worked. It did need a BIOS update so I went ahead and did that. The BIOS update finished with no problems. I than tested it with an I3 6100 and it POSTed. I than tried it with a I5 7400 and it promptly failed. I took it to be cleaned with dish soap and water and than let it sit for four days. This seemed to fix it. I than went to build a PC with it and it died again.
