All parts come out to $2,025 before tax and the reason the price is $1650is because the GPU PCB is scratched a bit and is damaged so the card cannot be used in the first PCIe slot in the motherboard so no Gen 5 connectivity but the GPU does work on the second lower PCIe slot on the motherboard which allows the card to still work and perform great but at a 10-20% lower performance loss but still gets good performance. The GPU pcb strip is fixable and would cost around 100-300$ to repair at local micro-soldering shop, my job does not allow me enough time to get it fixed so That is why the price is low. The gpu latch on the motherboard PCIe slot 1 is broken but still usable but I connected the gpu riser cable into the secondary slot!
