Flashes BIOS codes but shuts off and boot-loops regardless of if memory is installed. Already tried reflashing BIOS, but it is not the original chip. Tried 3 CPUs. It doesn't attempt to power on at all when there is no CPU installed, so I assume the included CPU is fine. It is otherwise untested. No IO Shield
