hey all, here today we have a nice little combo for you guys, all you budget builders out there should pounce on this opportunity

parts were working fine before but was resting for a few months in my room, went to test again to use for a new build but no post, can confirm cpu gets power (burned myself testing that) but after troubleshooting with hp beep codes, it seems that it is a cpu issue. maybe my power supply was the issue, or maybe it is a cpu problem.

im not too sure, but going off beep codes, its a cpu problem, even though i dont think it is. swapped out ram and gpu but still no post. if it is a cpu problem a replacement shouldnt break the bank, so if youre down to do that this is the product for you.
