I reveived this as an "Open Box" PC from a tested retailer. It was tested and is working perfectly through all my stress test. PC does come in its original box and with the keyboard and mouse. The fan color can be changed via the reset button on the top of the case.

- There is any damage to the item during shipping
- The item fails to start
- Not accepted If:
- The item was changed in anyway from it's orignal condition and fails
- Any modifiactions via Software, BIOS, or Application
- Anything was removed and replaced incorrectly
- Buyer can return this item
- Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
- Buyer must pay a restocking fee of 20%
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
