- Whatās Covered:
- Hardware failures or DOA components (e.g., GPU not powering, system not posting)
- Shipping damage (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
- Incorrect configuration (if the specs differ from what's listed)
- Whatās Not Covered:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, user-modified parts)
- Software issues (e.g., viruses, settings misconfiguration)
- Buyerās remorse or performance dissatisfaction unrelated to hardware failure
- Process:
- If there's a qualifying issue, message me through Jawa and Iāll work with you to troubleshoot. If needed, Iāll cover return shipping and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund ā whichever is most reasonable and fair.
- Note: Systems must be returned in the same condition and with all original components.
