- Please ensure that you test the item as soon as it arrives. The return period for an item purchased on jawa is 2-days as per jawa's policy. Check for any shipping damages that would render the laptop unusable. The warranty period I offer is 15 day from the day of delivery. This only includes issues that affect the functionality of the item and originate from an internal hardware issue. I do not cover any accidental liquid damage, drops, impacts, or issues that arise as a result of a customer installed software or program.
- If the item needs to be returned during the reminder 13 days after the 2-day jawa retrun period, buyer pays for return shipping postage.
- Buyer can return this item
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer must pay a restocking fee of 10%
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
