Up for sale is an ASRock A520M-ITX/ac mini-itx motherboard. I am the original owner and never had any issues with it while it was in use. However, I took the computer apart that it was in and put the board away. Then one day I decided to do a build with it again, but couldn't get the PC to POST. During my troubleshooting I learned that the CPU I was using in the PC was dead. So, I swapped it with another known working CPU and it wouldn't post either. Troubleshooting further revealed that the CPU was dead. So, I determined that the board was killing CPUs. I took the PC apart and after looking it over, I saw a tiny M.2 drive screw was logged near the PCI-E port, possibly causing a short, so I removed the screw, but didn't want to try to test the board again.
This is why the board condition is listed as "as is / for parts". It may work completely fine now that the screw has been removed, but I didn't have any more AM4 CPUs to test with. I
