This is a nice budget gaming PC for those who are moving away from console and wants a PC that can handle any game in 1080p medium to high settings depending on the game, plus it can do live-streaming thanks to the NVIENC encoder the GPU has.

I can deliver the PC to you which will be an additional $20 - $40 depending on how far you are located.

I can include a monitor if you'd like and it will be an extra $15, only thing you'll be missing is the VGA to HDMI adapter which can be bought off Amazon for super cheap.

The only RGB lighting on this PC is actually from the GPU which can be changed in software such as Gigabyte Control Center or SignalRGB or OpenRGB.
