This PC is a mix of new and used parts to provide a reliable mix of performance and budget. This PC is fully tested and works as intended. The only thing "wrong" with this PC is that the back fan flickers when set on solid colors. I've tried changing the controller and the fan itself and it's still happening. Listed as "Scratch and Dent" as the top dust filter is missing and the case back panel is warped from some shipping damage
