This is a new build. Everything is new except the CPU. Great little starter pc that has room to upgrade if the need arises. With slight overclock and undervolt to the rx580 in AMD's adrenalin software I was able to get the card to 80 fps average in BF6 1080p low settings with fsr set to ultra performance. Card ran at 71 degrees +/- a degree during a 2 hour session of BF6. The 1680 v3 is overclockable as well. There are several videos on YouTube on how to overclock the xeon on the Jgiyyue x99 for even more fps.
