Since then, I watched the computer industry multiply, technology skyrocket, the internet become a place to ruin people, and video cards go from $12.00 to $12,000. Ask me what a Trident 256kb video card was? Ask me what ISA bus was? Ask me what it was like to try to get sound out of Duke Nukem for DOS. Ask me what a 14,400 baud modem connection was like downloading a 1MB file. Yes indeed, I've seen it and it seems like it was yesterday. I own a few businesses in the SoCal area and just trying to survive in this big ol' world.
