This is a newly built gaming/streaming PC that is capable to run all 3A games at 1440p. The AMD Ryzen 7 5700x (8 Core, 16 Threads) CPU paired with Zotac NVIDIA RTX 3070 (8Gb) Amp Holo graphics card and 32 GBs of DDR4 (3200 Mhz) ram makes multitasking a smooth experience.

I'v tested only two games on this rig God of War and The Witcher which ran flawlessly. 

Installations and optimizations

Windows 10 activated
DDr4 ram adjusted to 3200 Mhz
Fan speeds adjusted to PWM
No Bios changes were made to CPU/GPU.
Idle CPU temperatures were 32 degree C. Max temps were stable at 50 degree C @ 3.9 Mhz. 
Max peak GPU temps during stress test were stable at 68 degree C.
