What's included in the turn-key setup?
Your bundle includes everything you need to sim race: a pre-built gaming PC, monitors, racing wheel, pedals, seat, and rig chassis. The PC arrives fully assembled, imaged, and tested. The rig ships flat-packed with all hardware and instructions, so plan on assembling that part yourself.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, and Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Financing through Affirm is also available at checkout.
Can I customize my build?
Sim rigs are currently available as configured bundles. Customization options are coming soon, so check back if you're looking for a specific component combination.
What's the warranty and return policy?
Every bundle is covered by Jawa's buyer protection. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact our support team and we'll make it right. All components are inspected and tested before shipping.
Do you offer financing?
