You can return any new computer purchased from DeepHuo that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, and you can request a return within 7 days and receive a full refund. The customer must bear the postage for returning a used or unopened computer (refunds do not include service fees and tips). DeepHuo reserves the right to test "arrival damaged" returns and will charge the customer a fee equal to 20% of the product's sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. For computers that have been opened and used, a 20% depreciation fee will be deducted if returned within seven days. Any computer damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or unsaleable due to customer tampering will be subject to market price minus the missing or damaged parts.

Used good Delta CPU cooler for 115X/1200 socket Intel systems. This cooler is excellent at keeping the CPU cool, but LOUD! I can't recommend it for a desktop, but would be excellent for a server. Includes backplate for 115X. With a pair of pliers, the lock ring can be removed and mounting screws can be placed in the 2011/2011v3 holes.
