These Fans were acquired as “New/Open-Box” however we have listed them as “For Parts” only because we have not tested them. All of our recent Lian Li fan listings should be brand new or open box, however we want to stay fair to our customers since we have not individually tested each and every fan. They all appear to be unused and in perfect/working condition unless otherwise stated.
