Precautions: This product is only applicable to older motherboards such as INTEL and AMD, and is not applicable to new motherboard models with firmware TPM, all-in-one computers, and laptops.
Important: The minimum hardware requirements for upgrading to Windows 11 via TPM 2.0 are as follows: 1 GHz or faster 64-bit processor (dual-core/multi-core), 4 GB of memory, 64 GB of storage space, firmware that supports UEFI Secure Boot and TPM 2.0, DirectX 12-compatible graphics card, and a display with a resolution of 720p or higher.
Purpose a: Resolve the TPM 2.0 verification issue when upgrading to Windows 11, enabling it to function as an independent encryption chip, providing secure storage for sensitive data, and enhancing security
Shipping & Returns
- Jawa is meant to be a community of ethical sellers, and buyers. All customers will be treated with respect, as we request the same. If I can help resolve an issue, I will try my best.
- All items are video documented in working condition, or pictures of items in the packaging, with customer order number.
- If an item was damaged in shipping, we will do what we can, to provide assistance, in dealing with the shipping company.
- If a purchase is found to have been fraudulently returned from stripping parts, or changing parts, then sent back, it will be documented, and denied refund. Jawa will be asked to weigh in on the correct action to the customer.
- If a product was damaged from incorrect installation, or neglect, a return and refund will be declined.
- Buyer can return this item
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer must pay a restocking fee of 10%
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
