Comes with a used anti-sag bracket that came with it 2 years ago, alongside brand new screws and standoffs for it. I had to get brand new standoffs because I realized they didn't give me the correct ones recently and requested new ones. Never had an issue so I didn't notice until I upgraded my PC.
