MSi GTX 1080 Gaming X 8G for parts not working. This card will work and load drivers and boot into Windows just fine and you can watch youtube videos and cruise the internet just fine, but when you try and play an actual video game has artifacting problems.
I have run Valley benchmark at highest settings, Superposition in both OpenGL and D3D @Med, High and Extreme settings and had no problems with artifacts. The only games I really play are Warthunder and Hunt Showdown. I can play Warthunder (Tanks) and for the most part it is playable, but some maps are problematic with occasional horizontal thin lines of corruption from time to time. The game never locks up, it just has occasional graphics glitches. Hunt Showdown however has more serious problems. The game will load and I do not have any problems in lobby, but when I start a game it might hang, start up and run for a miniute or not start at all and lock up my computer.
I have another MSi GTX 1080, exact same card and have no problems. Its not a heat issue with this card as it runs maybe in the Low 70's in game.
This card is being sold as-is No Returns
