This card came from a closed down medical engineering facility. It may very well be new old stock and completely unused since it came out of their excess inventory. Considering i don't know 100% if it is unused im listing it as pre-owned "used, like new" condition. I tested the card thoroughly and it works great in every title ive thrown at it.
